Ordering process - easy and convenient ordering

How can I order at www.spielmaterial.de ?

1. Shopping cart

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This is your choice to your shopping cart. You can choose to change your order at any time by clicking on the box "Remove". By clicking the button "Checkout" you go to next order step.

2. Checkout

Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account. Otherwise, you can register as a new customer or order as a guest. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in compliance with the data protection regulations. It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already logged in, you can now enter or check your billing and shipping address, select the payment method, shipping, or pickup. Click "Check order" to go to the final ordering step.

3. Complete order

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address, the shipping method, the payment method, and your contact details. Please check that all information is correct and read our General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy carefully. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit your order to us. You hereby submit a legally binding offer. After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and listing its details (order confirmation). The purchase contract is only concluded upon dispatch of the goods or upon a separate order confirmation.

4. Declaration of obligatory and optional information to provide by the customer

When placing an order, the customer must provide the following information::

phone number (voluntary, may be helpful for queries or parcel service)
A password is only required when creating a customer account.

5. Information on storage of contract data

The contract text is written in German. You can save the contract text in a reproducible format by printing or saving it using your internet browser. To do so, click on Print or use the Save Page function. If you have created a customer account, you can view your past and current orders at any time in the My Account → My Orders area.
