Note EU VAT

 

If you are located in an EU-country and you do have an EU-VAT number AND you do not have a VAT-free account yet:

1. Enter your EU VAT number in the shopping cart view
2. Select "Purchase on account" as your payment method. Don't pay immediately! We will verify your VAT number and convert your account and this order to VAT-free purchase.
3. Once your account has been updated, we'll send you a payment request. Future orders will automatically be VAT-free (if you're logged in). If you pay before your EU VAT number has been verified—or if you're not logged in with such an account—you'll pay VAT, and there's no way to get this amount back, as this will affect your tax notifications.
