Delivery & Payment Terms
1. Application area
www.spielmaterial.de delivers to the following terms of delivery and payment, which apply in addition to our general Terms and Conditions (T & C).
2. Delivery conditions, availability
Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post, DHL, or (by arrangement) UPS. This results in a standard delivery time of 2-4 business days (preferred delivery) or 2-5 business days (standard delivery) within Germany..
The customer pays for a delivery: in Germany:

Preferred order does costs 1 € more. Orders within Germany above 100 € (value of goods) are free of shipping charges.. Cash on delivery is not possible.
If for technical or logistical reasons an order is processed in two or more shipments, the customer only pays once for shipping costs.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, www.spielmaterial.de will only resend the shipment if the customer provides their correct address and reimburses the applicable shipping fee for the specified destination address. The shipping fee will then be refunded in full if the value of the goods exceeds the limit for free shipping. Alternatively, the customer is entitled to a refund of any payment made, less a processing fee of €5.
3. Delivery conditions, times & estimates
Shipping is primarily handled by Deutsche Post and DHL. Based on the tens of thousands of orders received in 2023, we can determine case numbers and delivery time forecasts for 2024.
These figures are based on the experience and case numbers of our shipping service providers. These are estimates for the current year. Figures may vary.
For Germany, if the delivery isn't made the next day, there's a 96.3% chance it will be delivered on the second day, according to DHL. This takes effect as soon as we have shipped the order. You will receive emails with delivery confirmations as usual.

a) Availability of Goods
www.spielmaterial.de maintains an extensive warehouse and uses inventory management to ensure that the goods displayed online are available. Should www.spielmaterial.de discover, after receiving the order, that the ordered goods are no longer available (or are not available in sufficient quantities), www.spielmaterial.de will arrange for a replacement delivery as quickly as possible. In the case of an item that is discontinued or can no longer be replaced, www.spielmaterial.de may withdraw from the contract by unilateral written declaration. In this case, a replacement delivery to the customer will not be made; in this case, the customer will receive a refund of any payment already made.
b) Information on custom fees or tax on imports
Other costs such as customs duties, fees, or import sales tax are not charged. We can ship goods to businesses within the EU without VAT upon provision of a valid EU VAT number. For shipments to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), fees/taxes may be charged when the shipment is cleared through customs.
3. Terms of payment
Der Kaufpreis ist im Normalfall sofort, ohne Abzug von Skonto mit Empfang der Ware fällig und innerhalb von 2 Wochen zu bezahlen. Alternativ kann www.spielmaterial.de auch Vorkasse oder eine Anzahlung verlangen. Lieferungen ins Ausland werden grundsätzlich erst nach Vorkasse versendet.
Bei einer Bestellung hat der Kunde die Möglichkeit entweder per Sofortüberweisung, per Kreditkarte, per Paypal, per Überweisung/Vorkasse oder per BitCoin zu bezahlen.

PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
- Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
- To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
- If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment.
Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal. - You will then be redirected to us (www.spielematerial.de).
Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device by following the verification steps. Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, following verification steps. Bancontact
In cooperation with Bancontact Payconiq Company, Rue d'Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, we offer the payment method "Bancontact." Your bank account must support payment via Bancontact. Payment is made directly to us. During the payment process, you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment and can initiate the payment after logging into your online banking account.
Klarna Invoice
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the payment option "Klarna Invoice." Payment is made directly to Klarna.
Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods, ticket, or – for other services – from the provision of the service.

Using the "Klarna Invoice" payment method requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we will forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and contract processing. We ask for your understanding that we can only offer you payment methods that are permitted based on the credit check.

Payment via Shop Pay
Shop Pay is the quick payment method provided by Shopify. You enter your payment and shipping details once and can pay for subsequent orders immediately with one click. The encrypted payment details are sent directly to your stored credit card or other payment method. Feuerland Shop receives immediate payment confirmation.
Purchase on Invoice
You must transfer the invoice amount to our account within 14 days of receiving the goods and the invoice.
