The mining conflict
A tactical board game by Martin Schlegel about ore mining in the Chilean desert for 2-4 players ages 10 and up

New edition with game board for 3 people

Description:

The year is 2020... Excitement in the Atacama Desert. In this 1,200-kilometer-long desert bordering the Pacific Ocean, stretching across Peru and Chile, valuable mineral resources have been discovered: gold, silver, and copper.

Several teams are developing the individual fields. To do this, they must dig deep shafts with massive drilling rigs, as the mineral resources lie at great depths. However, for safety reasons, these drilling rigs cannot be located too close to each other. Consequently, an already erected drilling rig can significantly hinder the other team's activities, which is fraught with trouble.

Each team must strictly adhere to its specifications: The promised mining rights were only awarded for two of the three discovered raw materials. If a team "accidentally" mines something for which it doesn't have mining rights, it will be penalized.
Getting rich is a difficult business. But the effort is worth it.

This game is part of the Drilling Towers Edition
